About The Owner

Walter Hooker, president of Incline Construction, Inc., attended Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia before receiving a degree in Political Science.   

Walter started first building homes in Aspen in 1993. This was the beginning of his respectable career in building custom homes and remodels the Roaring Fork Valley.   

His specialized training and experience have proven to be a valuable part to his clients and grant him a thorough understanding of each step of the building process.   

During the past 20 years he has built home which include a wide variety of styles, sizes and budgets. We built project direct or with collaboarion with other local developers, always finishing on schedule.    

Balancing work and play and cultivating relationships with professionals, friends and locals translate well into his dedication to his work and clients. He has the ability to enjoy life and spends his down-time skiing, hiking and traveling with his family.    

Walter is a holder of B.E.S.T. card for not only home building but also Historic Preservation.
