Sierra Vista Project – Complete plan, design and build of a duplex consisting of two 3,400 square foot custom units.
Barbee Family Project – Three resident occupied homes, four category units and two 6,000 square foot custom homes at the base of Shadow Mountain.
Pitkin Iron – Plan, design and build project in Woody Creek. 15 units of affordable housing completed in January 2001. Complete infrastructure designed and finished spring 2001 which included four 6000 sq. ft. single family homes. Inclusive of an installed a municipal water system.
River Woods Subdivision – Two 6,000 Alpine Cottages - Re-zoned two parcels of land in the City of Aspen and created 4 high end custom homes and 10 affordable housing units. Four State-of-the-art custom homes designed and built.
The Wilds in Basalt – Large subdivision project acting as project manager.
Victorians at Bleeker - Re-zoned a parcel of land in the West End neighborhood of Aspen. Complete development of 7 unit mixed use town homes.
Saliterman Residence – Design and build a 2,400 square foot luxury condominium. 4 Bedroom, 4 1/2 Bath, floating metal staircase.
Friedland Residence - Complete a 5000 sq. ft. custom home. 5 Bedroom, 5 1/2 Bath, Media Room, Play Room, Bar area and Study.
